The menu is massive. Breakfast is served all day. They have full dinners for those diners who do not want burgers and fries. It is a very nice place to eat.

Avalon Diner
My husband and I were out on a Saturday afternoon and saw this place and decided to give it a try. I immediately liked the decorations.
We started out our meal with a combination appetizer. It consisted of fresh-battered chicken tenders, potato skins, mozzarella sticks. Served with honey mustard dressing, sour cream and marinara sauce
Jeff ordered a chili cheese burger with a hot dog on top. He liked it, but he didn't expect so much chili. It was very messy to eat.
I ordered a breakfast burger which is a 1/3lb Hamburger patty, a fried egg, hickory smoked bacon, cheese, mayo, tomato, and pickle.
We shared an order of onion rings.
The food was really good. The service was great. The place was practically empty, but we had a very early dinner.

Lankford Grocery & Market
My husband and I saw this restaurant on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and we tried two times last summer to eat here. We were unsuccessful because the line was too long. They are not open on Sundays. We decided to arrive at 11 a.m. this past Saturday and beat the lunch rush. We arrived just in time because after we sat down, the line grew long.
The restaurant used to be a grocery store and is located in a residential area. Parking appears to be a problem. We were lucky to find a spot.
There is indoor and outdoor seating. However, they are in the middle of remodeling and several of the tables had been removed making it even harder to find a seat. I am surprised they kept the restaurant open during their renovation because it was quite a mess.
It took quite a while for a waitress to arrive at our table and we soon learned that she was only there to take our order and bring us our food. There was no in between service. The checks are kept at counter which is where you pay. There are no refills. I ordered a soda and was brought a can and a plastic tumbler. Jeff ordered a tea. We are not sure if they give refills on tea because, well, the waitress never came back.
I ordered the Western Burger. The burger has BBQ sauce, baked beans, cheddar cheese and red onions. The burger was good. The BBQ sauce was not my favorite. I also ordered onion rings. They were good.
Jeff ordered the Grim Burger. This is a burger with mac & cheese, egg, bacon, and jalapenos. He had Tex Mex as his side which is fried jalapeno strips and onion straws. He enjoyed the burger and the Tex Mex.

Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant
We ate here on a Thursday night. We tried to get in on Christmas Day, but the wait was an hour and a half. They do take reservations on Christmas, but we didn't make any.
This is a restaurant where the food is served family style. I knew that, but thought there was an option for individual orders. There are not. The biggest problem with family style is that my husband and I like different things. He would have loved to have ordered seafood, but I am allergic. I like red sauces and he is not a big fan. We ended up choosing Chicken Carbonara which is made with chicken breast, prosciutto, peas in a garlic Alfredo sauce. We ordered the small which serves 2-3 people.
The Chicken Carbonara was very good. The Alfredo sauce definitely had garlic in it and was very creamy. We both really liked it.
We also ordered a small Caesar Salad. It was very good and definitely the small was enough for us.
The restaurant is decorated with many photos and decorations. Some of the photos are quite funny.
We really enjoyed eating here even though I am not a fan of family style dining. The service was very good and the food was great. I would like to eat here again.
